Since 2007, Fallon has specialized in loss quantification, business valuations and forensic investigations. Fallon’s experience includes quantifying financial losses with respect to breach of contract, class actions and NAFTA claims, as well as loss quantification and business valuation with respect to shareholder disputes, expropriations, purchase indemnifications and family / matrimonial disputes. Fallon also has experience in forensic investigations and analysis.
Fallon has assisted with the submission of numerous expert and valuation reports to Canadian and international courts and arbitrations. Her casework spans a range of industries including natural resources, manufacturing, financial institutions and retail operations.
Fallon is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a specialization in Investigative and Forensic Accounting and a Chartered Business Valuator. In addition to her professional experience, Fallon is active in the community as a director of Oakville Parent-Child centres.
