Ross Hamilton

Ross Hamilton has practiced exclusively in forensic accounting since 1986 and is a former Managing Director, Principal and Partner at major international consulting and accounting firms.  Ross has a particular emphasis on quantification of damages and accounting of profits in major intellectual property disputes, and in the quantification of damages involving Section 8 PMNOC disputes in the pharmaceutical industry. Ross has also led corporate investigations involving accounting investigations and potential improprieties related to financial statement reporting. He has testified as an expert witness in the Ontario courts, Federal Court and before arbitration panels.

Ross was recognized as one of Canada’s top cross-border expert witnesses in the Lexpert/American Lawyer annual guides, as well a leading Forensic Accountant in Who's Who Legal 2016.
