The founding principals - Farley Cohen, Ross Hamilton and Peter Steger – and fellow principals Paula Frederick and Prem Lobo thank their clients, colleagues and staff for helping grow the company from the three founders to 14 people within the span of one year.  The firm is currently engaged on a number of major litigation cases as expert witnesses involving patent infringement, post-acquisition disputes, class actions, expropriations and corporate investigations as well as appointed independent valuator for disputing parties.  “We couldn’t be happier about the success and commitment to expertise, independence and objectivity that the firm demonstrates from top to bottom” say the three founders.
