Dan Ross was the co-author of the article “Study Looks at Credibility of Expert Valuation Evidence” in the January 25, 2013 issue of The Lawyers Weekly, Civil Litigation Focus Section. The article addresses the findings of a 2011/2012 research study commissioned by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators that analyzed the key qualities affecting credibility of expert valuation evidence and what factors most impacted the weight placed on expert evidence by various courts.
