Biography
Antonina Wasowska practices exclusively in the areas of business valuation, forensic accounting, and the quantification of economic damages. Antonina’s experience includes business valuations and forensic accounting services relating to matrimonial matters, shareholder disputes, expropriation, and purchase and sale transactions. Antonina’s casework also includes the calculation of income for support purposes and the quantification of economic damages for complex commercial litigation resulting from breach of contract and other financial disputes.
Antonina has developed knowledge in a broad range of industries, including real estate, construction, retail/distribution, hotel and hospitality, and manufacturing. Antonina’s prior experience also includes public accounting, taxation and business consulting services for midsize and national accounting firms, as well as internal audit for an international hotel company.
Antonina has authored articles and is a frequent speaker on topics such as business valuation, financial statements, and financial matters relating to matrimonial disputes. Antonina also contributes her time to the CBV Institute and CPA Ontario and has sat on the Board of Directors for several charities.
