She joined CHS in 2015 and her practice has focused on business valuation, forensic accounting and damages quantification for the past 15 years, particularly in matrimonial and shareholder dispute matters.

Dan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA,CA) and a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the AICPA. He joined CHS in 2010 and has focused exclusively in the areas of damages quantification, business valuation and forensic accounting for the past 15 years. Dan has particular expertise in complex litigation matters, including breach of contract, post-acquisition dispute, and intellectual property infringement matters.
